Privacy and data use

Information entered in the Rental Match Assistant is used to provide a preliminary rental-criteria review, respond to your questions, and allow our leasing staff to follow up about housing opportunities.

Saving your progress

Before submission, “Save and continue later” stores your progress only in this browser using local storage. It is not synced to an account. Anyone using the same browser may be able to resume it, so clear your saved review when using a shared or public device.

Submitting information

When you complete and submit the preliminary review, the information is sent to Breaking Ground Properties and stored with the prospect record for leasing follow-up. A preliminary review is not an official rental application, approval, denial, or property reservation.

Fair Housing

Breaking Ground Properties provides equal housing opportunity. We evaluate applicants under applicable federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws and do not use protected characteristics to steer applicants or make housing decisions.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages from Breaking Ground Properties, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your rental inquiry, showings, application status, rent reminders, and maintenance updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
